Yes. The price of the programme is split into equal monthly instalments, one fewer than the number of months in the programme: an 8-month programme is paid in 7 instalments. The amount does not change with the number of lessons in the month, holidays included. You can also pay for the whole programme in advance. Payment by Bancontact, direct debit or bank transfer.
Courses are paid before they start, digital preparation on registration. Medical school entrance exam preparation can be paid in several instalments.
For very occasional help or an exam that is very close, a flexible programme is possible. You pay a reduced registration fee, set the lesson dates with the chosen coach, and receive at the end of each month the invoice for the lessons given. The coach’s availability is not guaranteed in that case, and regular support gives better results: your educational advisor will tell you what suits you best.
The first three lessons of the programme are a trial: if it doesn’t click, you continue with another coach at no cost. Later on too, if there is a problem or the coach is unavailable, your educational advisor finds a solution or another coach.
Yes, at any time: let your educational advisor know. 10% of the amount of the cancelled lessons is kept (minimum €60), the rest is cancelled or refunded. Digital courses and a group course that has already started cannot be cancelled.

Two options: request a free assessment, after which an educational advisor sends you a costed proposal with no commitment, or build your quote online at student.mysherpa.be, travel costs included.
