Tailored tutoring for the young people you support

Since 2012, CPAS (public social welfare centres), non-profits and foundations have entrusted us with the academic support of the people they help. You set the framework: who is eligible, how many hours, what budget. We find the coach, organise the lessons and report back to you on everything.

Tailor-made

No one-size-fits-all package, a framework built with you

Every organisation has its own public, rules and budget. We put them in writing in an agreement made for you: who can receive lessons, how many hours per student, where they take place and how we invoice you.

Then each student gets their own programme. The number of hours, the subject and the pace are decided case by case, with your team.

Lessons are invoiced to your organisation after they have been given, per student or in a single overall invoice.

How it works

From the agreement to the first lesson

Your team stays in charge of every case; we take care of everything else.

1

We set the framework together

A first conversation to understand your public and your constraints, then an agreement: who is eligible, hours per student, lesson locations, rate and invoicing method.

2

Your team registers a student

From your partner area, a social worker or contact person registers the student in a few steps: contact details, schooling, lesson location. An acknowledgement of receipt confirms the request.

3

An advisor chooses the coach

An education advisor talks the situation through with the student, then chooses a coach based on the subject, level, location and the student’s profile, learning disorders included.

4

You follow everything online

Hours given and scheduled, remaining budget, reports and invoices: your partner area is updated after every lesson. A question about a student? You write directly to their advisor.

Your partner area

All your cases in one place

Each partner organisation gets its own online area, with a personal login for every member of its team. You can see where each student stands without having to call us.

Everything at a glance

As soon as you log in, the home page of your area shows the key figures of your agreement and what is waiting for you.

  • Students supported, hours given and hours to come
  • What needs your answer: programmes to confirm, an invoice to pay
  • Your educational adviser, a click away

Mainly CPAS and OCMW, but also non-profits, foundations, schools and colleges. Any organisation that funds lessons for the people it supports can become a partner.

You decide. The agreement can set a number of hours per student, and your team can request more for a student who needs them. Your partner area shows the remaining hours and budget at any time.

After the lessons, at the rate set in the agreement, per student or in a single overall invoice. You will find the details of each session and all invoices in your partner area.

At the student’s home, online or on your premises, anywhere in Belgium. The location is chosen for each student at registration.

The advisor notes it in the file and chooses a coach who knows how to adapt; the coach receives a sheet of practical tips for that disorder. Learning disorders
