Private French lessons in higher education
Writing clear, error-free work, passing a French or communication course, preparing a language test: a coach who works on your own texts, at home anywhere in Belgium or online.
When you study in French, your French is graded too
Reports, summaries, group work, written exams: in every programme taught in French, the quality of your language counts in the grade. Sound reasoning loses marks if it is poorly structured or full of mistakes.
Some programmes also have a French course in its own right, in writing, communication or language proficiency, with its own exam.
The coach starts from your texts and your assignments. They go over the spelling and grammar that cost you marks, then teach you to structure a piece of writing: an outline, paragraphs, transitions. Sessions fit around your timetable and your exam revision period.

Needs vary from one programme to another. The plan is built around your situation.
Writing without mistakes
Spelling, agreement, conjugation, punctuation: we spot your recurring errors in your own texts and work on them until they disappear.
Structuring a written assignment
Summary, report, final project or dissertation: building an outline, writing an introduction and a conclusion, citing your sources, proofreading efficiently.
Passing a French course or test
Written expression or communication exam, French proficiency test required for enrolment: we prepare the format of the test as much as the language.

A French coach at ease with university level
Your educational advisor reviews your programme, your assignments and your deadlines with you, then selects a French coach at ease with academic writing. They remain your contact throughout.
The coach does not write for you: they review your work with you, explain each correction and teach you to proofread on your own.
Lessons take place at home anywhere in Belgium, or online, on weekdays and at weekends, including during the study period before exams.

French in higher education: your questions
Yes, on language and structure: building the outline, writing clear paragraphs, correcting spelling and syntax, presenting quotations and the bibliography. The coach reviews your work with you and explains each correction; they do not write it for you.
Yes. A student's mistakes are rarely random: the same ones often keep coming back. The coach spots them in your texts, goes over the rule and gives you a proofreading method. Progress shows quickly in your assignments.
Yes. Preparation covers the test format as much as the language: comprehension, grammar, writing. Check with your institution which test and which level are required.
From €40/h, like all private lessons in higher education. The number of sessions depends on your needs and the deadline: your educational advisor sends you a quote, with no commitment.
As soon as the topic is known. Working on the outline and the first pages with the coach saves you from rewriting everything at the end, and leaves you time to make corrections yourself.
