Language training for companies
Dutch, French or English for your teams, anywhere in Belgium: online or at your premises, one to one or in small groups, with a programme built on the situations of your line of work.
A Belgian story
Our language training at a glance
Training designed for work: the vocabulary of the job, real situations, schedules that fit your business.
My Sherpa organises tailored language training for companies and organisations anywhere in Belgium: French, Dutch and English, and German, Spanish or Italian on request. Lessons are mostly given remotely, by video call, or at your premises, one to one or in small groups, from level A1 to level C2.
Each programme starts with an analysis of your needs and ends with a report on each participant’s progress. My Sherpa has offices in Brussels and Antwerp, and a team that welcomes you in French, Dutch and English.
6 languages
French, Dutch and English, the most requested, plus German, Spanish and Italian on request.
A1 to C2
From beginner to advanced, following the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Remote
By video call from the workstation, at your premises, or both.
On quotation
A programme and a price set after analysing your needs: participants, format, duration.
A format for every team
- One-to-one lessons: one trainer for one staff member, for fast and focused progress.
- Small group lessons: a team learns together and puts the language into practice among colleagues.
- Online or at your premises: video calls avoid travel; in-person lessons take place at your premises, in small groups.
Lessons can take place seven days a week, Sundays and public holidays included, depending on the company’s needs.
Intensive training over a few days or weeks, or ongoing training over several months: the duration follows your objectives.
Six languages, from level A1 to C2
Our training follows the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Each participant’s level is assessed before the training, to set a realistic goal.
Beginner, A1 and A2
Learn the basics to communicate at work: introduce yourself, understand an instruction, hold a simple exchange.
Intermediate, B1 and B2
Gain fluency and confidence: meetings, phone calls, e-mails, presentations.
Advanced, C1 and C2
Reach an advanced level to negotiate, persuade and write complex documents.
Dutch is the language most requested by the companies that entrust us with their teams, ahead of English and French. For a first idea of their level of French, anyone can take our free online French tests.
Follow every training online
Every training comes with two online spaces: one for the company, one for each staff member.
- Company space: the progress of each training, the hours given and the budget used, staff attendance, invoices. You can also enrol a new staff member there.
- Learner space: each staff member sees their lesson schedule, reads the trainer’s report after each session and finds their materials online.
The company space carries your company’s logo.

Corporate training: your questions
Another question? Call the Corporate team or ask for a call back.
Staff of any company or organisation, whatever its size or sector: SMEs, large companies, public services, embassies. Programmes range from one-to-one lessons for a manager to training for an entire team.
Both. Most lessons are given remotely, by video call, from the workstation. They can also take place at your premises, in small groups, or combine both formats.
French, Dutch and English, and German, Spanish or Italian on request. All levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), from beginner A1 to advanced C2. Each participant’s level is assessed before the training.
After an analysis of your needs: sector of activity, professional objectives, participants’ level. The programme focuses on job vocabulary and real work situations, with materials adapted to your company.
Language trainers selected for their expertise and their ability to adapt lessons to a professional context. Each one is chosen for your field of activity and briefed on your challenges before the first lesson.
It depends on your objectives. Intensive training fits into a few days or weeks; ongoing training spreads over several months, at a pace compatible with your business.
Through regular assessments, interim reviews and a final report, which details each participant’s progress and gives recommendations to keep progressing.
Each programme is quoted individually. The price depends on the number of participants, the format and the number of hours. You receive a detailed offer, with the training plan, after a first conversation about your needs.
