French lessons at home or online
Speak French in everyday life, one to one or in a small group, at home anywhere in Belgium or remotely, whatever your age and mother tongue.
Speaking French in Belgium, every day
In Belgium, French is used at school, at university, at work and in everyday paperwork. It is the home language for many, but not for everyone: Dutch-speaking pupils, families from elsewhere, adults who have recently settled here.
In a French lesson, you do most of the talking. The coach corrects what gets in the way of understanding, works on the vocabulary of your real situations and goes back over grammar when it blocks you.
The programme starts from your goal: following lessons in a French-speaking school, working in a bilingual environment, preparing for an interview, or simply daring to speak. To find out your level before the first lesson, try our online French tests.
Need to raise a French mark at school? Our private French lessons, which follow the class curriculum, are a better fit.
French lessons suited to every age
You do not learn French the same way at 8, at 16 and at 40.
Children
Games, pictures and short dialogues to hear the language, remember the first words and follow more easily in class.
Teenagers and students
Becoming more fluent in speaking and writing, settling into a French-speaking school, preparing for studies or a student job in French.
Adults
French for work and everyday life: following a meeting, making phone calls, writing an email, filling in a form.
One to one, in a small group or remotely
One to one, the coach comes to your home, anywhere in Belgium, and follows your pace.
In a small group, a few learners of a similar level learn together: siblings, friends or colleagues. Everyone speaks more, with each other and with the coach.
Remotely, the lesson takes place by video call. For a language, where most of the work is conversation, this format works well and fits busy schedules.

French lessons: your questions
Yes, that is what these lessons are for. The coach starts from your actual level, from complete beginner to professional fluency. They get you speaking from the first lesson, on topics that matter to you, and only go back over grammar when it gets in the way.
Regular French lessons help your child understand instructions, follow lessons and dare to take part. The coach works on classroom vocabulary and speaking, at your child’s pace. If their French marks are a problem, our private French lessons follow the class curriculum more closely.
Our online French tests, from level A1 to C1, give you a first idea in a few minutes. The coach then refines it in the first lesson, based on what you can say and understand.
The price of a French lesson depends on the format (one to one or small group) and the programme set with you: your educational advisor sends you a quote, with no commitment.
