Many adults use Excel, Word or Outlook every day without ever having learned them. You do by hand what a formula would do in a second, you patch together a layout, you don't dare touch a shared file.
In a private lesson, the coach starts from your own files and real tasks. You learn what you need, in the order that helps you, and every session ends with work that is done.
Artificial intelligence tools are now part of the picture: ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude can draft, summarise or analyse a spreadsheet, as long as you know how to ask them and check what they produce.

Complete beginner or user who wants to go further, your starting level does not matter: the first lesson is used to take stock.

Excel, Word and AI lessons: your questions
For adults, private lessons start at €40/h. The hourly rate depends on the length of the programme defined with your educational advisor. Online lessons have no travel costs.
Yes. The coach starts with the basics: entering and formatting a table, writing a first formula, sorting and filtering. They then move on at the pace of your progress and needs.
Yes. The coach trains you on the type of exercises asked: formulas, lookups, pivot tables, charts, under time pressure.
It means knowing how to phrase a clear request, give the right context, reread and check the answer, and knowing what not to share with an AI tool, such as personal or confidential data. The coach works on your real tasks: an email, a report, a spreadsheet.
Yes. Online, the lesson uses screen sharing: you work on your own computer, with your own files, while the coach guides you.
