Yes. The programme then focuses on patient relations: welcoming, questions, explanations, instructions. It starts from the real situations of the ward.
Yes. The trainer is chosen for your field and briefed on your challenges before the first lesson; your documents can be used as material.
Yes. Lessons can take place seven days a week, Sundays and public holidays included, and video calls make it possible to fit them between two shifts or two meetings.
Each programme is quoted individually: the price depends on the number of participants, the format (one to one or small group, online or at your premises) and the number of hours. You receive the quote with the training plan, after the analysis of your needs.
